The property comprises of 3 buildings. You will be renting the two buildings by the pool, each offering a double bedroom with air conditioning and a private bathroom. The third building, located by the parking lot, remains securely locked and is exclusively for the owner's private use.

This villa is beautifully furnished with meticulous attention to detail. The building on the left, facing the pool, features a double bedroom, a bathroom with double sinks, a bathtub, and a shower. It also includes a living room with a sofa bed suitable for a maximum of 2 children, as well as a private terrace. On the right side, also facing the pool, you will find a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom that includes a sink and shower. Additionally, there is a dining/living room, an open American kitchen, and a private terrace.

Enjoy a wonderful breakfast terrace located in front of the house, shaded by a magnificent baobab tree.

For your convenience, a washing machine and dryer are available for use in an annex located behind the house.
